The colab is meant to be a multi-use space that creates an experience. A place to be content, at ease, and inspired.
This space can be used for the following events:

+ Parking and load in -
On street Parking Available. Load in is one step up with handicap ramp availability if needed
+ Do we have to have insurance? Liability? Accidents?
We do not require our renters to have insurance but we DO highly recommend it. Carver Country Collaborative is a fully insured entity.
Accidents do happen and that workshops, parties can get messy. We ask that you leave the space as you left it and that you tidy up the space afterwords. In the event of damages beyond normal wear and tear, theft or excessive mess or damage, the renter will be held accountable. Written notice of damages and fee will be given to renter. We reserve the right to charge credit card on file for fee needed to repair damages, clean space or replace broken items at replacement cost.
Neither Carver Country Collaborative, LLC or Eclectic Elegance, LLC are liable for any harm, injury or demise that occurs upon the renter or any of their guests with in the space. Renter and their guests are using the facility and its amenities at your own risk.
+ Cancellation Policy
Notice must be received and acknowledged with in 48 hours. Deductible is non refundable but can be placed towards future rental with in a 3 month period.
+ Damage Deposit
Flat Rate damage deposit of $100 is required upon rental and is given back after rental period is over if space is as it was rented.
Standing room provides room for roughly 60 - 80 People. Inquire to tell us more about your event and we can discuss different options: seated, cocktail style, workshop style etc
+ Food and Liquor
You may bring in your own food and liquor but it must not be sold in any fashion. IF you intend to host an event that will have a cash bar a licensed individual or bar service must be used.
